- Take of Brinjal black big size.
- Use of Garlic.
- You need of Lemon juice.
- Prepare of Tahini paste.
- Take of Sesame seeds.

Steps to make Baba Ganoush:
- For tahini paste- dry roaste sesame seeds and soak it for 15 minutes in the water..
- Add soaked sesame seeds,1 Tbsp olive oil in a blender and make a fine paste,keep aside..
- Roaste brinjal on a medium gas flame until it cooks completely..
- Remove brinjal peels carefully and keep aside..
- Now in a mixer jar add roasted brinjal,garlic pods,lemon juice,tahini paste, Olive oil and salt..
- Make very fine paste..
- Baba Ganoush is ready..
- Sprinkle some red chilli powder..
- Use with pita bread,or simply with Indian paratha or in Sandwich..
