  1. Provide 200 grams of biscuits crumbled.
  2. You need 100 grams of unsalted Butter melted.
  3. Take 1 tin of condensed milk-400g.
  4. You need 75 grams of Butter.
  5. Prepare 75 grams of brown Sugar.
  6. Take 150 ml of whipping Cream.
  7. Use 2 tbsp of icing Sugar.

  3. Place 2 sliced bananas on top of the ready crust.
  4. Melt 75 gms each of butter & sugar on low heat.
  5. Add 400 gms condensed milk, mix well.
  6. Bring to a boil stirring constantly until it turns thick, allow the ready sauce to cool a little.
  7. Pour the sauce over the crust, chill for 1-2 hours.
  8. Demould the pie carefully, transfer to a serving plate.
  9. Whip 150 ml fresh cream with 2 tbsp icing sugar & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract until light & soft.
  10. Add the whipped cream over the pie.
  11. Garnish with banana rounds & some cocoa powder, slice & serve chilled.
