  10. You can use a slight amount of water(in which palak was boiled) while cooking the gravy..
  11. Add salt and spices to give it a nice flavor..
  12. Mix it all together nicely. Cook it for some time until the masala separates oil from it..
  13. Add water to give it a slight thin form..
  14. Bring it to a boil and add paneer cubes to it..
  15. Cook it for 2 minutes..
  16. You can add fresh cream in it to change the colour. (Optional).
