  5. Use either chicken or ground beef or both and fill center of wrapper..
  6. Fold both left and right corners over filling.
  7. Take bottom flap and lay over two folded corners.
  8. Pinch corners and roll until wrap is sealed forming a roll..
  9. In a sauté pan add cooking oil and place on medium until oil is hot then add lumpia cooking sides until crisp and brown then remove allow to cool then serve them joints..
