  1. Prepare of DONUTS::1 cup hot milk,1 sachet yeast,1 tsp sugar, 2 eggs,1/2cup warm butter,3 cups all purpose flour and 1 tsp vanilla essence.
  2. Get of Vanilla cream::1 cup cold milk,1 egg yolk,2 tbsn sugar,1 tsp vanilla essence and 2 tbsn cornflour.
  3. Take of Chocolate glaze,sugar powder and chocolate chips to decorate.

Steps to make Creamy Donuts 😊:

  1. Take 1 cup of hot milk in a bowl,add in 1 sachet of yeast and 1 tsp sugar and mix n leave it for 2 mins..
  2. In other bowl whisk 2 eggs with 1 tsp sugar and egg half cup of melted butter n whisk and now add the flour and knead and cover and let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place..
  3. After 1 hour dough has doubled in size…knead it well…roll up and cut into small round shapes(or according to ur kids favourite shape)now again keep them in warm place for 1 hour(pic3 dough will again rise).
  4. Meanwhile prepare vanilla cream..take a pan pour in milk,add in sugar,egg yolk,vanilla essence and corn flour and whisk it up,now cook it on medium heat till creamy. (Pic3)keep it room temperature.
